This Dansette-style record player in red from Steepletone is an all-in-one record player, made in the traditional style. If you were born in the 1950s, 60s or 70s, it is very likely that you would have had a player similar to this at home. What's more, our Steepletone turntables not only look right, but they also come with everything you need - just plug it in and it will play your records through its own speakers built into the front - just like the sixties originals. Many of us have family record
collections of records, but nowhere to play them. Old
record players, if they have been used over many years,
can actually damage records, so it is important, if you
wish to keep your collection in good order, to use a record
player that is both high quality, and in full working
order (especially the stylus!). The trouble is, record
players available today are often expensive, require connection
to a hi-fi system, or simply look a bit naff! When we
discovered this range of record players, we knew we had

player is based on original 1960s designs, but use high-quality
