This Dansette-style record player in black from Steepletone is an all-in-one record player, made in the traditional style. If you were born in the 1950s, 60s or 70s, it is very likely that you would have had a player similar to this at home. Many of us have family record
collections of records, but nowhere to play them. Old
record players, if they have been used over many years,
can actually damage records, so it is important, if you
wish to keep your collection in good order, to use a record
player that is both high quality, and in full working
order (especially the stylus!). The trouble is, record
players available today are often expensive, require connection
to a hi-fi system, or simply look a bit naff! When we
