The new Sky-Watcher EXPLORER-200PDS range of Newtonian Reflector incorporates the same superb mirror-set as the Explorer-200P, but with two significant advantages. A Dual-Speed 10:1 ratio focuser is now included for excellent focusing precision. Also the tube length has been slightly shortened to optimise performance for prime-focus photography. In addition, the Explorer-200PDS has a larger 58mm secondary mirror, for enhanced field illumination, compared to the Explorer-200P which has a 52mm secondary. Suitable for high-power Lunar and Planetary observations, double-star observations etc, the Explorer-200P is an 8-inch (200mm) reflecting telescope that is powerful enough to reveal many secrets of the night sky. It offers sharp and bright images, enabling you to view objects during the day, and dazzling sky-objects during the night. Our Explorer 200P Reflector Telescope is manufactured by Sky-Watcher, one of the most respected telescope manufacturers - products you can trust, representing great value for money. The telescope is mounted on a very strong computerised stand, that automatically points the telescope to over 42,900 objects in the night sky. |

”I have used a great number of telescopes; some are good, some mediocre and some bad. To me the Sky-Watcher range of instruments are very good indeed, and suited to amateurs of all kinds – and they are not priced out of the market! Excellent value.
Use them and enjoy them.“
